Retirement is wonderful....but so is the excitement of helping someone’s dream come
true. I’ve missed being part of the dedicated profession that works hard every day to make your individual real estate goal a reality... So
I’m UN-RETIRED and back at work!
As many of you know, I was a successful realtor for many years until my retirement in
2015. As I begin my second Real Estate career at Tarrant & Harmon Real Estate, I’m
excited and eager to get back to work to help you achieve your goals and dreams.
When I first entered Real Estate, it was 2007. I decided I was ready to start a new career
path and I chose Real Estate for that journey. I'm so glad I did! I began my Real Estate
career with a well known and respected office in Alton, Paul Lauschke & Associates. A
few years later I was recruited to join ReMax Integrity in Glen Carbon. As I grew and
learned from so many mentors, I soon found myself busy and successful at every level of
the Real Estate business, both as a buyer’s agent and a seller’s agent, from first time
homebuyers to sage homeowners looking to move up. I also developed a niche for
Luxury Home sales that established my recognition in the Riverbend area as the agent to
My responsibility to you will always be to first, listen to what your goals are, then work
hard to help you achieve your happy ending. I will always treat you and your needs in
the most ethical, fair and respectful way possible. The process of buying or selling Real
Estate can be exciting and even a little fun with the right agent working for you.
I have been married to my husband, Dr. Frank Bemis, for 37 years, we have 5 adult
children and 12 grandchildren. We believe in supporting the community that supports
our businesses, so we give back whenever we can. I’m currently serving on the board of
Asbury Village, I actively support the Child Advocacy Center, I’m a member of the North
Alton Godfrey Business Council, and participate in many other charitable activities
throughout our communities. I am also very very proud and humbled to have been
chosen as a YWCA Woman of Distinction in 2013.
